Compliance Statement

Clear about what we do — and what requires official authority.

AbbreviateCert Africa provides freight-document preparation, verification, administration, coordination and compliance-support services. Where a certificate, customs declaration, permit or regulated representation requires approval by a government body or authorised mandate holder, that activity is performed only through the applicable authorised channel.

We do not present AbbreviateCert Africa as an issuer of government or OGEFREM certificates unless and until the required written authorisation has been granted.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you issue official DRC certificates yourselves?

Official certificates are only issued or validated through the legally authorised channel. AbbreviateCert Africa can prepare, verify and coordinate the application workflow.

What documents should I send first?

A commercial invoice, packing list, carrier/freight statement and the available truck, exporter and DRC consignee details are a good starting pack. Additional documents depend on the shipment and certification route.

Can you support a fleet with recurring loads?

Yes. Corporate accounts are designed for recurring movements, shared document standards, monthly billing and job-level tracking.

Can you clear goods with SARS?

Where regulated customs-clearing activity is required, the work must be performed by the appropriately licensed party. AbbreviateCert Africa can coordinate the documentation and hand-off to an authorised clearing partner.

Which destinations do you focus on?

The initial focus is South Africa-origin road freight to the southern DRC corridor, including Lubumbashi, Likasi and Kolwezi, with regional transit through Southern Africa.
